Life Primes at the European Researchers’ Night in Ancona

Ancona, 2 October 2018. At the same time on the national territory, 12 Italian cities (Ancona, Cagliari, Caserta, Catania, L’Aquila, Macerata, Naples, Nuoro, Palermo, Pavia, Perugia, Trieste) were animated by science and technology, in a long night of activities that have united the world of research and that of the general public. All this happened on September 28th, on the occasion of the European Researchers ‘Night, in other words SHARPER (SHARING Researchers’ Passions for Evidences and Resilience).
In Ancona, the Life PRIMES Project was brought to the streets of the center by researchers from the Polytechnic University of the Marche, which involved citizens in disseminating knowledge of flood risk and participating in proposals for adaptation actions, including through the compilation of CAAP. The great interest aroused and the lively curiosity found demonstrate how this theme is current and how the approach of the Life PRIMES project can be easily adapted to different contexts (edited by Eleonora Gioia – UNIVPM).
